Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Super Vexta UDX5114NA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued T-B-Woods products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vacon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vickers product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader T-B-Woods such as the PL40V4B3N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC00414E690v manufactured by Vacon and we are pleased to be able to service most Vacon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BDS422023615W32 by Manufacturer Vickers as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Woodward Brand 8200203 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Westinghouse such as 5277C18G02 equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available F5102060C3U made by Teco as well as the popular EQ72010C original spares produced by Teco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VFAS14132KPCA1 by Toshiba and 5277C18G02 spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10E39NZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Worcester.
